You get 14 days with the full Growth feature set and up to 10 vehicles. When the trial ends you pick a plan, and everything you entered stays exactly where it is.

Any car in your fleet that isn't archived, whether it's rented, available, or in the shop. Sell a car and archive it, and it stops counting on the next invoice.

Yes. Every record is tagged to your company and isolation is enforced at the database level, not just in application code. Uploaded documents and inspection photos are stored under keys scoped to your company as well.

Any time, from Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period, provided your vehicle count fits the smaller plan.

Your account switches to read-only for 30 days so you can export everything, then the data is deleted. You can export drivers, payments, and vehicle history to CSV at any point.

You can connect Stripe to take card and bank payments through FleetDesk, or keep collecting however you do now and just record payments here. Both work.
